Wain.com(Where.com) is an e-commerce site and a group project in which Amani Dahadha and I collaborated on part of it and worked individually on the rest of the parts as part of an assignment within our studies at Birzeit University. We collaborated on the business research, journey map, and prototyping.
We interviewed an e-commerce expert in Palestine to talk about the market, the applications currently available in Palestine and customer segments. We came up with Wain.com which serves the need of a crucial segment: Parents of 0-12 years old children, children with allergies and uncommon food preferences, and children with disabilities, especially those who do not live in the city center of Ramallah where most of the stores are. We also had no competitors.
Wain is the English for “وين” which means “Where” in Arabic.
